Uses of Sodium Acetate Powder :-
Anhydrous form as auxiliary in acelylations. Trihydrate in photography, as reagent in anal. Chemistry to eliminate effect of strong acids (buffer) for foot warmers & milk- bottle warmers. Technical grades are used as a mordant in dying as acidulant in food. Pharmaceutic aid (in dialysis solution).
